About the Story

You have just found your target in a bar.
Break your heart over an old friend who has become a mission.

A 500 words linearTwine story about duty and delivering the final death.
Even if it hurts.

Possible content warnings: mentions of implied drinking (by others), vampire death (dust involved), suggestive themes (neck kissing), bad flirting, and (eventually) mentioned crying.

(This version is what I remade after losing half the work because I foolishly used the Web editor. Always do your backups!)

A brief vampire tale, July 31, 2023

This is a short Twine game entered in the Neo Twiny Jam, written in 500 words or less.

It's a fairly well-written story of a woman on the hunt finding a man on the hunt and what ensues.

The styling is appropriate, with red hues. The story is entirely linear, one link at a time. There are at least two significant typos (especially (Spoiler - click to show)'hater' for 'later') which detract from the overall experience.

But I didn't mind reading it, it was pretty fun.

After losing touch for so long, you find your next target to be an old friend. Though they are not that friendly anymore… This entry does a nice job of showing the conflicting feelings of the main character.
