An enjoyable though short conversational maze, February 3, 2016by MathBrush I've recently discovered Kathleen Fischer's games, after playing Masquerade and trying Cove a bit, and I love her writing. This is a short game about a prisoner confessing to a friar. The game is primarily conversation-based, although some non-conversation actions are required to win. Was this review helpful to you? - hoopla, January 8, 2016 - Mike Ciul (Philadelphia), July 24, 2009 Baf's GuideAn interactive conversation, in which part of the point is to explore the background story and discover your relationship to the main protagonist. The implementation is interesting, but it is extremely easy to get sub-optimal endings and to be unable to discover the full backstory. Some players found it quite immersive and natural, while others struggled with the interface a bit. -- Emily Short
