Games that Brought Me Back to IF

Recommendations by BeingTheWriter

I was really into interactive fiction about five years ago. Getting my day job killed off my time to play, as well as the death of my laptop and good enough phone. But now I'm back thanks to an app on my phone. So these are the games I enjoyed then and still enjoy now.

Very involving game with a cool setting. Important to replay this I think to uncover all avenues. My first time around I tried to play without hints. Second time around I'll have to, but overall cool setting, good puzzles, very atmospheric.

Played it one Saturday afternoon and this made me laugh! Particularly when the TV dies and the husband's friend comments on watching the blue screen. Worth replaying for the laughs. My tip is to keep dropping drinks.
