Punishment, December 27, 2019by Stian This is not so much a game as a demonstration of ancient Greek myths, with Zeno’s paradox thrown in for good measure. It’s a fun idea, and decently implemented, but only slightly more fun to actually play than the punishments themselves. On the positive side, you can quit whenever you want. Or even restart and try another punishment. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No Remove vote | Add a comment
The Gaming Philosopher The game doesn't do much with its theme. Playing through the repetitive and endless vignettes serves to emphasise the nastiness of these mythological punishments – their monotony, their pointlessness, their unescapability; all of it reinforced by the malicious laughter of Zeus that always sounds in the background. Which is fair, but not an especially exciting take on the source material, and not especially Greek either. The game just beats us over the head with what is most obvious about these myths, rather than exploring unexpected facets.

An amusing short mythology game with a couple of errors, October 11, 2019This is a fun little game. You're dead, and you essentially have the option to pick your own punishment. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No Remove vote | Add a comment
