Baf's Guide

Sometimes you play a game that, even when you've finished it, you're left with no real idea what it was all about. Far From Home is one such game. It starts, weirdly enough, with the player standing in a field at the base of a mountain. From here you can progress to a castle, a lighthouse and eventually to the home of the Puzzlelord, solving fairly obvious and straightforward puzzles along the way. No explanation is given for just *why* you're solving these puzzles and I was left afterwards with a sense that the writer himself didn't really know what the game was about and was instead stringing together one set of locations after another until he felt it was time to stop. Not a bad game all in all, just a very confusing one.
