My favourite games so far

Recommendations by ryantan5577

These are some of the games I most enjoyed playing. If I haven't left a review for a game on this list, it's probably because I like it irrationally, or because I played it a long time ago and can't remember enough to write a review that would be meaningful to someone else. Still, some comments are added (based on what I do recall) to justify my opinions briefly. Thanks for reading!

This was the first parser game I completed. I love everything about this game: the title, the cover, the blurb, the premise, the puzzles, and above all the writing.

Beautifully illustrated interface that plays a central role in the story. Writing that is tight yet rich with themes of love and family.

Evocative and thought provoking. Gave me vibes of Welcome To Nightvale.

Oversaturated prose, blaring music and lurid text effects.
