About the Story

Whilst partaking of the offerings of the Main Hall, you find several of the King's Guard surrounding you. The Captain of the Guard says, "Sir, the King has need of your services. Come with us if you desire great adventure for a great reward. If not, we will seek another."

Of course, you agree.

Later the king informs you, "The beautiful Princess Aeriel has been kidnapped by an evil Adept."

The king offers you a reward of 7500 gold pieces for Aeriel's Return, and another 2500 for the Adept's body. And, of course, you may keep whatever you, well, "acquire" while questing.

This adventure is part of the Eamon universe. Like all Eamon adventures, it is an RPG-style game, mostly using a two-word parser. Because Eamon is a modular system, you may bring a character and equipment from other adventures into this one.

This adventure has all the right elements: a clear quest, interesting companions and foes, magical devices, and some minor puzzling.
