David has done a great job capturing the suspense and humor of the original Mac game. In fact, the horror elements are more effective when rendered in text than they were in the tiny black&white graphics of that early era. All the amusing asides and hidden discoveries are there, too, including some major finds that nearly no one apparently remembers any more. Anyone who enjoyed the original should definitely play this, and those who are only now discovering Uninvited through this new version will want to go out to find an old Mac Plus to experience the original as well.Was this review helpful to you?
