Baf's Guide

An adventure/RPG hybrid, in which you descend into a treasure-filled underground complex seeking to kill the Ebon Titan. This demo consists of one of the three levels of the full game. Game mechanics resemble Beyond Zork, but spilling over with prose where brevity would serve the action better. Probably worth getting if you're into adventure/RPG hybrids.

Wandering around you'll come across the obligatory D&D style kit which ranges from magical rings to swords and other such dealers of death. Of course you'll also bump into a monster now and again and the combat is handled quite well. [...]

All in all this game is very average. It's big, nice descriptions, good idea, just an inkling of dungeoneering atmosphere but it just doesn't do it for me.
