The best so far of the Unnkulia series; more mature and better-developed, February 4, 2016by MathBrush This game redeemed my opinion of the Unnkulia series. Up to now, they had been juvenile and full of lame humor, especially Unnkulia 1/2 (written as an ad for this game). However, this game seemed to have grown up a little bit more. - MKrone (Harsleben), February 18, 2012 - lupusrex (Seattle, WA), October 4, 2009 - Mastodon, March 26, 2009 Baf's GuideAlthough this is the third game in the Unnkulian series, it's set before the others. As a brave but acrophobic warrior loyal to the Valley King, you must rescue his beloved Amanda from her abductors, the dread demons of Unnkul. In the process, you learn much about the history of the valley, and gain your first glimpses of its future. Fairly difficult, with several major sticking points and opportunities to leave behind important items (which are often the ones that seem the most unimportant). Packed with references to the other Unnkulia games, including many items and rooms that are otherwise mere red herrings. Hunger is a factor. -- Carl Muckenhoupt
