Kentucky Fried Anti-Communist Tract...until the end, November 19, 2011by Andrew Schultz (Chicago) I've suffered through a few Ayn Rand books. This game's better than they are, and not just because it's a lot shorter. It makes Stalin a more fun person than the people he repressed, which is rather clever, but unfortunately it stacks the deck. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No Remove vote | Add a comment

Such an ability to ignore the obvious would have been the envy of mid-level Politburo members, without doubt. But your propaganda skills awed me further still: the ability to draw unsubstantiated conclusions utilizing both condescension and moral blindness! I am impressed. Huffpo needs you, comrade. Andrew Schultz, November 19, 2011 - Reply Where've I been condescending? Let me know. I think it's the worst sort of thing to be, and I try to avoid it. This was a tricky game to review for me, because I did think it kind of hammered its point home way too hard for the first three parts. I was expecting nothing, then I got fooled by a clever ending I enjoyed a lot on reflection. If there is irony in your comment, too, let me know. I can be foggy about that. |
