About the Story

In this lengthy unfinished game divided into chapters, you'll be playing as various characters, but mostly as Dr. Marcus Philbrook, a man who petrifies himself into a statue in 1997 and wakes up in a museum in 9236. Unbeknowst to Marcus, the world now uses magic, and an evil mage named Noric the dark will soon threaten everyone with his power.

Baf's Guide

As with other IntroComp entries, this is the beginning of a longer game--but this one is unusually substantial and fleshed-out as IntroComp entries go. Depressed after the death of his wife, a man has himself cryogenically frozen in 1997, and he wakes up roughly 8000 years later in the middle of a brewing war among evil archmages. Divided into several chapters; you play different characters in the various chapters. Mostly told in the past tense, third person. Very linear, and hardly any puzzles, but overall a solid entry.
