About the Story

Elder Arts was created as part of a four week project within the Workshop IV: Video Game and Interactive Formats class at Full Sail University. The purpose of the project was to introduce the students to Twine as a means of writing interactive stories. Twine teaches bare bones programming fundamentals and theory that is only a small portion of programming used to code full fledged games in the industry. The fusion of these concepts, Twine, and storytelling lay the groundwork for understanding how video games and interactive formats might work and give the writers a chance to study this so that they may have a better grasp on how these elements come together should they choose to pursue working as a writer in the games industry.
