Hello! I first heard about interactive fiction the movie "Big" (Although he never said what they were called.) and some videos. After some vigorous searching, I finally found out what these were. My first game was actually Jigsaw by Graham Nelson, which I played on a dell '98 computer. (Horrible game to start out with, it was thanks to my curiosity with text adventures that I continued to play.) I found out about Frotz a few days later and this lead me to the discovery of IFDB. God knows how long I've played interactive fiction, but I love them even more than I though I would! ^-^ The neatest thing about it is the small community. I know that kind of sucks; after all, more people need to know about these games!! But it's pretty cool how often you bump into people. I'm a writer and would love to make interactive fiction games, but I consider myself bad with computers and it looks complicated. (All the more appreciated you I.F. writers are. ;) ) Ooooh, and, of course, the feeeeeeeeeelieeeees!!!!! <3
