Games suitable for children - an IFDB Poll

My 10 year old twins recently "discovered" IF. They fell in love with Grunk and are asking for more games to play. I've searched BAF and have some ideas, but figured I would give this poll a shot since there are hundreds and hundreds of games not yet tagged there.

ah,I remember my first intro to interactive fiction. the year was 2011, and, the arkansas school for the blind had given me a braillenote mpower, I navigated to the games in the main menu, not knowing what type of games there were,my first if game, was adventure, wich, I would always run out of battery power in the lantern. anyway, interactive fiction, has changed gaming for me in a good way, a few years ago, I went on to download atleast 90 if games after the school gave me a braillenote apex.I had to return it at the end of the year however.just this past year, I have downloaded over 500+ if games.in 2017, I read an article about how interactive fiction games, were becoming more and more hard to find, I was worried that it would be true, until, I found the if archive. I know this is long but, I should state, if games should be shared to all future generations, when I have children, they will know what interactive fiction is, that's for sure.

It's been many years since you posted this, but I just wanted you to know it's still getting used. I love to play IF, but I'm incredibly bad at it and needed some friendlier games that I could actually figure out without having to type "hint" or "info" every other turn. So thank you very much for this collection. I hope to find more like these one of these days. Thanks again!! :)

Thanks for this. I'm introducing my daughter to IF and was looking for a list of suitable games.
