Happy Pony Valley Riding School, by Lynda Clark
not a review but I think a good video to go with this game, January 8, 2018

I try to cut down on fantasy, December 21, 2017
good:
coherent enouh to be in a dream
a few personalization options
text states and timed text minigame
scene addresses easy to crawl

bad:
Stylesheet wants "Averia Serif Libre" or cursive font, whereas game doesn't warn you, and when you lack the first font it displays everything in Comic Sans instead. Use Google's or embed it.
random inkhorn terms
unneeded exaggerations
loose plot
themes irrelevant to person
I broke Twine!(Spoiler - click to show) [Wow, look at that URL.] Its style at least. I didn't enter so much text on 1w (drop) as to hang my whole computer(Spoiler - click to show) again.
generic personalized resolutions

Schedule a Dinner Out With Friends, by Phantom Williams
uses the nominative as the oblique, December 18, 2017
parodizes appointments, suicide, terrorism, extraterrestrials, Alphabet Inc. (not really as Alphabet Inc. was founded one year after this game's release, but could it be a portent?), ASCII art (Maybe I should put some of these in the keywords.)

Singular, by Gritfish
minimalist masterpiece, December 18, 2017
that sadly dead ends in two spots: explosion after the betrayer (I assume this is the death state but it'd better use a restart/undo prompt.) and terrified after the bastard; and loops rage after the murderer. (But the victory action implies this is the win state?)

These are your beginning attributes: cowardly ‌‌‌‌wealthy ‌‌‌‌unlucky ‌‌‌‌healthy ‌‌‌‌‌clumsy ‌‌‌‌‌‌baffling ‌‌‌‌‌‌smoke ‌‌‌‌‌‌chattering; and best/fullest end attributes: ‌‌courageous wealthy ‌‌‌‌destined ‌‌‌‌superior ‌‌‌companions ‌‌‌‌‌‌honed ‌‌‌‌‌‌epiphany ‌‌‌‌‌‌distilled ‌‌‌‌‌‌focus ‌‌cleansed ‌‌defiled ‌prayed ‌bitten ‌‌‌secret ‌supplies ‌‌‌artifact ‌‌‌advice ‌herbs ‌‌sword ‌plan ‌ring ‌gift ‌oathtaker ‌blessed ‌buried ‌burned ‌haunted ‌imbued. Most of the latter likely don't determine how you fare in the endgame; certain ones likely do or expand the options, but usually more than one option passes you. The only other 300-word game I'v ever played was little mermaids which was a lame nongame, so I didn't know what to expect here.
